I find this book has the correct information to enable a person to make simple changes that will improve his/her health. Its actually no diet at all, but making changes in how we live, what we eat, how we exercise, how much sleep we get and how much water we drink.

not like just another healthy food diet book. this one is beautiful, very informative and easy to read. The important info about each food item is printed visible and useful facts are given. It tells you about allergies and dieases and cancer fighting foods. Amazing! Finally I got The Book I will ever need. You will appreciate this one. It is unique.

I really love this book. It honestly makes me happy to look at the beautiful pictures and read the uplifting and critical information we all need today. I am buying copies for many friends and family and highly recommend it to anyone interested in getting and staying healthy.

I read the review and decided to purchase this book since it had such great reviews. I read the book from front to back in a matter of hours. This book could have been a pamplet. It repeats itself over and over and can be sumed up by saying eat atleast 40grams a day of fiber and you will lose weight. Not much of a diet considering there is no meal plan.
