First off the video included never shows you any indoor exercises. All they show you how to do are jungle gym stuff. You have to improvise to use this on a door, oh and make sure the door is strong. You should only use it on front doors not indoor doors like a door to your room or something. doing pull ups is uncomfortable. Overall I think you'd benefit more from a standalone pull up rack.

My husband has used this a few times already and he gets very sore and feels like he got a whole body work out! He says it really pushes him and works all of his accessory muscles well too! Great product so far!

This product gives one heck of a full body workout. It simply takes advantage of body-weight physics, and will really shake your regimen up. For what it costs, I would say it's a bargain, especially since competitors like the TRX are up around 150 bucks (and that's WITHOUT the door bracket). I love it and will continue to use it. I recently purchased the Lifeline Jungle Gym and I am once again amazed at how innovative this company is for exercise equipment. Forget the high price home gyms that are modeled off by body builders on a daily basis. This is something you can use and put it in your drawer, or suitcase and forget about it until your next workout.
