I bought two of these rafts and am very impressed after our first summer using them. When I began researching different rafts I was concerned about quality and durability. The first time I inflated this raft I was surprised at how thick the material is and how rigid it becomes when fully inflated. I was expecting something more like a pool toy or something. On the lakes we have in each raft 1 adult and 3 kids and they hold up perfectly. (see picture above)

So, it is a pretty good product: big enough for four people, really tough plastic, full of really useful gadgets (paddles & pump, plus some cords and pockets). Awesome, I'd say, if not that, when I was paddling on a river, the boat started to deflate...
The two parts of plastic which form the external tube - the most important - were not perfectly sealed, so the boat was rapidly deflating. Fortunately, it can float also with just two out of the three inflated, so I can go out the river without sinking. ... Read More

I just purchased this inflatable boat and took it for a ride last week. I bought it from amazon and it arrived 3 days earlier than expected, over the weekend when i wasn't home, but even know they left it in front of my apartment nobody stole it.
The boat is large enough for 3 people to fish from it, although if you have fishing gear and a cooler, two people would be the best scenario.
The material looks good and tick and I hope that I will not have any problems with it in the future.

Really nice boat for fishing on lakes. The outside (green parts) of the boat is very durable, however, be careful about the inside (gray parts and the floor). I have found a small hole on the gray tail part. It may be pierced by fin of a fish or a hook. Glad it can be fixed easily. Haven't tried it for floating on a river. It's getting cold now. Maybe I'll try that next summer.

I have bought many items from Amazon in the past. But the 4 person boat item (2009 model similar to this one) was sold via CBS world services. I will never buy any item via them again.
The boat had a leak at the bottom upon when I got it. Now they want me to ship the items bck to them in at your OWN COST. I have already paid $40 to ship it when I got it.
When I send the emails to warrenty services, they are not even replying promptly.
